​How do I RSVP?
The wedding invitations will include an RSVP card, an addressed envelope, and stamp. Please fill out the RSVP card and mail that to us no later than February 15, 2025.
What will be served at the welcome party?
The welcome party will include an open bar and passed hors d’oeuvres. A full dinner will not be served. See the "Things To Do" tab if you're looking for restaurant recommendations in the area.

What is the dress code for the welcome party?
Kick off the weekend in bright colors, fun prints, and breezy fabrics. Button downs, khakis, sundresses, semi-formal dresses, and linen are all great options!

What is the dress code for the wedding?
The dress code for the wedding is formal attire. This means suits and ties, midi dresses, or floor-length dresses. Colors and pretty prints will feel right at home in the desert. The ceremony will take place on turf, so feel free to wear any type of heel that you're comfortable in.

How do I get to the wedding weekend events?
Transportation to and from the Ritz for Friday and Saturday's events will be provided for guests staying at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas and the Hilton Garden Inn. See below for the shuttle schedule.

Valet parking is available at discounted rates of $30 per night for overnight guests and $10 for event-only attendees. Be sure to mention you are attending the Byer/Merrigan wedding celebration.
Ubers and taxis are also available but we recommend planning ahead as wait times can vary!

Will there be wedding events Sunday?
There will be a brunch on Sunday at The Ritz for all that want to ~debrief~. If your travel schedule permits, we'd love for you to join us. Casual attire is welcome. Transportation will not be provided.

Are kids invited?
With the exception of a few family members, there will not be children in attendance. If helpful, see below for childcare options. We hope this notice is enough time for you to make arrangements and celebrate with us, but of course understand family needs come first!​
